The way it works is that we enter a copyright agreement with you** and in return we give you, at no cost, access to floor plans, elevations, brochure floor plans and colour artist impressions from our entire range of homes. We come to you and provide you with a compact disc that has all the materials to get you started. It is in a website format so you can quickly and easily access all the homes in the range. Simply choose the home that you feel suites the type of market you want to build for, market those designs whether they be with house and land packages, newspaper advertising or even internet advertising. You can do a costing on the home design allowing you go to the market with a real product. It basically gives you the tools to provide quality homes with virtually no design and development costs.

Once you make a sale you pass on the necessary details for us to prepare the plan documentation. We then also invoice you as per our pre-agreed price list and prepare the agreed plan documentation. One of the huge benefits associated with our product is that over 80% of our designs already have architectural plans (exclusive of engineering) already prepared. This allows us provide to you, quick turnaround times, cheap plan costs and a professional service. Each plan also comes with a DWG file for exclusive use of any associated professionals you need to engage in connection with the home.
